The Mosman Swim Centre opened in December 2003 and is located in Vista St, Mosman. It is positioned on the ground floor of the prestigious ‘Nuova’ apartment building and adjoins a street-front café. The Mosman Swim Centre is a public swimming pool, owned by Mosman Council and and is run by Aquatic Leisure Management, who will work closely with the community through the Council to ensure that the long term use of the pool is commensurate with community needs.
The Centre features a state of the art, 6 lane 25m indoor heated pool, with change rooms, showers and lockers available.
The Centre showcases a Sporting Wall of Fame that recognises those residents of Mosman who have been chosen to represent Australia in any sport. A significant public artwork is also on display, designed by Australian artist Warren Langley and called As Light is to Water.
The Dip Café is a street front café adjoining the Mosman Swim Centre. Dip has a sleek, modern design with an emphasis on freshly prepared, healthy, high energy food and beverages. It might not be Sydney Harbour but Dip is the only café at Spit Junction with a water view!
