Head to Balmoral Boulevarde for the very popular ‘Chalk it Up’ competition.
‘Chalk it Up’ provides young artists with an opportunity to participate and express themselves.
Between 12.00 – 3.00pm, artists will be allocated defined areas of the Esplanade at Balmoral to produce their work for this year’s theme ‘Faces’ and engage the public.
All contestants vie for up to $350 in prize money.
